Please include your dogs name and the drop off date in the payment description

• Payment for the full stay is required to confirm a booking
• Once you have made a request, I send a booking email confirming the dates of the stay, drop off an pick up time, and confirm the cost of the stay
• After payment is made for the stay, I will send a booking confirmation and receipt
• Full refunds are available until 48 hours before the drop off time for the stay being refunded
